Product Description

One could say that that Earth and every living thing is made of star matter. This train of thought could refer to this pen as well. Produced in a limited edition of 500 pieces with each pen individually numbered, the Phantom Stardust series was inspired by images of star dust captured by a telescope.

These pens are made of solid brass and are painted in multiple layers of dark and light blue colors using a handheld spray gun in order to create a unique color overlap which resembles images of star dust. Then, the surface of each pen is thermo-baked, which turns the paint into beautiful baked enamel. Finally, it is topped with multiple layers of clear coating for added protection and to provide a silky smooth finish.
There are no two pens alike, because the spraying of the paint on each pen is a manual process. Due to this, each pen has a slightly different color overlap pattern.

All fittings are solid brass with 18-karat gold plating and are hallmarked. This pen features a screw-on cap with push posting. The ergonomically-designed shape of the pen allows for an exceptionally balanced writing experience.

  • Important Product Information

    • Avoid storing your fountain pen upside down (with the nib pointing down). You could damage your nib and cause ink to pool or leak in the cap. It is best to store your fountain pen with the nib pointing up or horizontally.
    • Note: It may take up to 5 minutes for ink to fully flow through to the nib from an ink cartridge. If the nib still isn't working after this time, gently squeeze the ink cartridge to encourage ink flow. If the seal on the cartridge will not puncture, you may need to use a new one.
    • Fountain pen nibs require periodic cleaning to ensure smooth flow of ink and prevent clogging. Inks with additives (lubricants, humectants, or micro-particles / shimmer) are NOT recommended for inexperienced fountain pen users. These additives leave residue that must be flushed from the nib / feeder frequently.
