Xezo Rewards Program: Crafted for Collectors
Every Xezo pen is a handcrafted, numbered limited edition, designed to be collected, treasured, and passed down. To honor your passion for craftsmanship, we created Xezo Collector Rewards, allowing your loyalty to contribute toward future acquisitions of rare and exquisite pieces.


Earning Rewards Points

  1. Log in to your Xezo customer account.
  2. Purchase pens, sunglasses, watches, or refills. Click here to browse applicable products.
  3. After logging in and making a purchase, points accumulate automatically in your account. No extra steps required!

Points are calculated based on the amount you actually pay after any discounts.
During special events, such as VIP early access, Collector Vault events, or seasonal promotions, you may earn double or triple points.

For example, if you purchase a $120 pen during a triple points event, you would earn 360 points.


Redeeming Rewards Points

  1. Log in to your Xezo customer account.
  2. Click on the Rewards button on the Xezo homepage.
  3. Click Redeem Points.
  4. Select the discount you'd like to redeem points for.

Points are applied after any current promotions or discounts.
Points do not expire, allowing you to save them for a future limited-edition pen or accessory.

For example, if you earned 267 points on previous purchases, you could redeem 200 points for a total of $10.00 off your next purchase. If your next pen costs $65, and a 20% off promotion is running, the price would be $52. If you applied your redeemed discount of $10.00 off, you would reduce your payment to $42, with complimentary shipping within the USA included.


Points Earning & Redemption Thresholds

  • The default points earning threshold is 1 point earned for every $1.00 USD spent on applicable products.
  • The default points redemption threshold is 100 points redeemed for a $5.00 USD discount on a future purchase.
  • Thresholds for earning and redeeming points are subject to change and may vary depending on promotions.
