Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to Xezo.com. Each item must pass our strict quality control process during manufacturing and prior to shipment to our customers. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Xezo.com within 30 days of purchase date. The return period is extended to 60 days during the holiday season (purchases made from November 15 - December 30).

Merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the merchandise; there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. We cannot accept or issue refunds for an item that has been used, with the following exception:

Customers may "test ink" Xezo Writing Instruments. As long as the returned pen has not been used outside of the ink testing process, and the pen has been thoroughly cleaned with the tested ink removed/flushed out completely, we will honor our 30-day return policy.

Xezo is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the merchandise you are returning. We also recommend that you use the "Signature Required" option, when returning any merchandise with a value exceeding $120.

Refunds will be issued for applicable items within 3-5 business days from the date an item is received and approved for refund. Depending on your bank, the refund may appear on your bank statement within 3-14 business days.

 

Manufacturer Defects

If there is a defect in the materials and/or workmanship of a Xezo product, you have the following options:

If the item is within its 30-day return period, it may be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

If the item is outside the 30-day return period, but still within the manufacturer's warranty period, the item may be repaired or replaced (at Xezo's discretion) at no cost to you.

A detailed description of the problem must be provided via a repairs request. Any product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired may be replaced with a comparable Xezo product.

 

Manufacturer’s International Guarantee

  • All Xezo timepieces are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of one year from date of sale.
  • All Xezo eyewear is guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 3 years from date of sale
  • All Xezo writing instruments are guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 3 years from date of sale.

 

Repairs

If the item requires repairs that are not caused by a manufacturer defect, please submit a repair request for a custom repair quote.

 

Servicing your Xezo Automatic timepiece

Although components in your timepiece have been manufactured from first-rate materials, certain parts are subject to natural wear and tear. It is vital that all moving parts are properly lubricated at all times and that the watch is cleaned at regular intervals to remove dirty oil.

We therefore, recommend that you have your watch serviced about once every 3-6 years.
