Each of these extraordinary pens is limited edition, individually serialized, and hallmarked.
Fittings are plated in .999 platinum, including the middle ring adorned with an etched leaf pattern.
The overall design concept of these pens utilizes the Art Nouveau style, showcasing the natural beauty found in the colors and shapes of the mother of pearl. An intensive handcrafting technique was developed for production of these beautiful limited-edition pens: each one features real iridescent black mother of pearl, which is hand-inlaid on the barrel and polished to perfection. The surface of each pen is coated in multiple layers of clear lacquer for added protection.
The colors of the black mother of pearl panels range from black to green, gray, and blue, along with red, purple and pink overtones. The barrel of the pen is round and smooth. No two pens are exactly alike.

Avoid storing your fountain pen upside down (with the nib pointing down). You could damage your nib and cause ink to pool or leak in the cap. It is best to store your fountain pen with the nib pointing up or horizontally.
- Note: It may take up to 5 minutes for ink to fully flow through to the nib from an ink cartridge. If the nib still isn't working after this time, gently squeeze the ink cartridge to encourage ink flow. If the seal on the cartridge will not puncture, you may need to use a new one.
- Fountain pen nibs require periodic cleaning to ensure smooth flow of ink and prevent clogging. Inks with additives (lubricants, humectants, or micro-particles / shimmer) are NOT recommended for inexperienced fountain pen users. These additives leave residue that must be flushed from the nib / feeder frequently.
- Our fine size nibs have a tolerance range due to the milling process. Therefore, upon customer request, we can select the equivalent of an extra fine nib (line width of ~0.3mm) from our fine nib stock, although the nib will be marked as “F” and not “EF”.
