Product Description

This pen model, with our etched leaf pattern nib, is limited to only 100 pieces made worldwide. Celebrating the 20th Anniversary since the launch of Xezo’s Maestro All Mother of Pearl pen series in 2003, Xezo is introducing the very special Maestro Jubilee collection.
The Maestro Jubilee series of pens features a second-to-none level of workmanship from our shop’s dedicated craftspeople, using precious oceanic nacre.
This fountain pen features a bi-color, polished stainless steel fine point (0.35 mm line width) nib with a beautiful laser-etched leaf pattern in chrome on gold. Each nib is manually calibrated for precise, silky smooth linework. This pen has chrome-plated brass fittings. We use a solid aluminum body for a lighter feel, at only 43 grams. 
Each of these pens are made with panels of white oceanic mother of pearl and strongly-hued Pāua abalone seashell. These panels are cut by hand directly from the area near the center of the shell and have a hardness of 4.5 on the Mohs scale (as hard as steel). To showcase all of the natural hues and beauty this precious organic material offers, no clear coat is applied to the pen. The glossy, round, and smooth finish of the shell is a result of the intensive hand-polishing process. 
White mother of pearl and Pāua abalone shell are natural materials, and every panel is unique. Due to this, some distinctions in the colors and textures in these pens may occur, helping make your pen truly one of a kind. The abalone may come in a rainbow of colors, including range between blue, pink, purple, red, yellow, black and gray.

  • Important Product Information

    • Avoid storing your fountain pen upside down (with the nib pointing down). You could damage your nib and cause ink to pool or leak in the cap. It is best to store your fountain pen with the nib pointing up or horizontally.
    • Our fine size nibs have a tolerance range due to the milling process. Therefore, upon customer request, we can select the equivalent of an extra fine nib (line width of ~0.3mm) from our fine nib stock, although the nib will be marked as “F” and not “EF”.
