Xezo brings the natural, beautiful iridescence of both paua sea shells and oceanic origin white mother of pearl together in this luxury writing instrument. The rare long panels of saltwater mother of pearl, the colorful blue paua shells, and the 18k gold accents (including a band with an engraved leaf motif) combine to create a one of a kind pen carefully handmade to strict specifications.

With this pen you can have your own unique piece of natural oceanic artistry. The white mother of pearl shines with tones of white, pink, green, and gray; while the blue paua shell glistens with tones of blue, green, purple, and pink.
Mother of pearl is not only beautiful—it’s also known as one of the most durable natural materials. Xezo uses a grade of nacre (mother of pearl) with a hardness of 4.5 on the Mohs scale. For comparison, a fingernail has a hardness of 2.5, a knife’s steel blade has a hardness of 5.5, and copper or brass have a hardness of 3. We use this toughest grade of mother of pearl in our luxury pens because we believe that the best gift is one that represents enduring love and care.
The sea shells we use are natural materials, and every shell is unique. Due to this, some distinctions in the colors and textures in these pens may occur. These are not defects, but rather natural attributes that help make your luxury pen one of a kind.

This pen comes in a limited edition, and each is serialized. The barrel of the pen is smooth and round.
