For the 70th anniversary of the famous Air Commando Group, Xezo created the 4th edition of designer Air Commando Timepieces, with a nice vintage look. The case and bracelet are produced from surgical grade solid stainless steel (316L) with multiple layers of durable gun-metal plating and alternating brushed and mirror finishes. This big-face sport watch features raised and polished silver numbers on the outer rotational bezel which enhances the luxurious appearance of this divers chronograph. The outer bezel records elapsed time in minutes or seconds, while the inner bezel is operated by a crown at 10 o’clock, which records the elapsed time in hours or as 2nd time zone. The shockproof Swiss-Made movement maintains extreme accuracy (-10/ +20 sec per month) and reliability, which is a useful military feature. The Air Commando sports white luminous Arabic numerals and hands, and is made with screw-down push buttons at 2 and 4 o’clock, and a tough surgical-quality, stainless-steel case water-resistant to 300 meters (~990 feet). Each tube that holds push-button and crown is welded to the case. The case is topped with anti-reflection treated scratchproof Swiss-Made sapphire crystal glass.
